This CART Tricycle with aluminum made Front Work Bench with Work plane coated  in stainless steel, equipped with a Big Burner, working with LPG Gas, which can be converted from FRYER 25 liters to  CHESTNUTS ROASTING.

So, with the same Tricycle, you can Fry (with a thermostat fitted pot) or, changing the type of pot, you can boil other king of food or Roasting chestnuts on the pot with holes.

This solution allows you to have a tricycle with convertible bench, usable all the year , with the advantage of not depending on the seasonality of chestnuts.

It  can generate a high return on investment, and thanks to its versatility allows you to overcome the Seasonality of Roasted Chestnuts..

 The Fron Bencht is aluminum made and you can order both models ( painted body type or Corrugated). The worktop is in stainless st made  and is fitted with a  Hand washing sink with tap and pump and Electric tank for clean and dirty water.

The basket is equipped with  with Gas Burner with Piezo ignition and safety valve.

The plant for Bottle LPG GAS is made with Conformity declaration for EU.  The compartment with door  can contain a 10 Kg  bottle cylinder .

The tricycle is equipped with a cooking pot  Roasted Chestnuts, but also with  a big Pot with basket and thermostat for cooking Fry Potatoes, fried dumplings, pancakes, Arancini and anything you can fry. The Bottom of the pot is equipped with a drain to recover oil in a container in Steel Stainless Inox.

STREET FOOD BIKE CYCLE CHEF BASIC It's the ideal tool to provide catering services, and is ENTIRELY MADE IN ITALY.

The BASIC Version not include all the device or equipment for Cooking that are OPTIONAL (you need to buy these separately), but is predisposed for to hold them.

The kitchen Cart is fitted on a three  wheels bicycle Very Strong and Robust , which can move pedaling at low speed, in all places allowed to Bicycles. It 'really a Vehicle Zero Impact that can circulate everywhere.

On the workbench there is a standard size space Imbedded (70cm x 82 cm) which allows you to insert 1 cooking appliance with measures contained in 70 x 41cm, (which can to be buyed as Optional). This space is calculated from the standard measures of most of the  common machinery. Under the Canopy, we can also mount a Propeller hood extractor  (as optional), which is sometimes required by the Sanitary Laws.

The Canopy is sustained by 4 Telescopic poles, so  the Cart becomes Low and easily transportable on a van (for example a DUCATO or Jumpy or Others) or on a little Car trailer.
