STREET FOOD BIKE CYCLE CHEF BASIC It's the ideal tool to provide catering services, and is ENTIRELY MADE IN ITALY.

The BASIC Version not include all the device or equipment for Cooking that are OPTIONAL (you need to buy these separately), but is predisposed for to hold them.

The kitchen Cart is fitted on a three  wheels bicycle Very Strong and Robust , which can move pedaling at low speed, in all places allowed to Bicycles. It 'really a Vehicle Zero Impact that can circulate everywhere.

On the workbench there is a standard size space Imbedded (70cm x 82 cm) which allows you to insert 1 cooking appliance with measures contained in 70 x 41cm, (which can to be buyed as Optional). This space is calculated from the standard measures of most of the  common machinery. You can put a cooking device  (operated with Gas LPG) such as a fryer or a Plate for Grilling, or a double hot plate, or Crepes Plate  and Grill Plate, or Cookers or Oven or Kitchen etc. Then, if necessary, you can also combine  different devices, to expand the versatility of the Cart and to be able to prepare various types of Street Food

Also other parts of this Street Food Cart are modular, in which can be inserted Various Frigor or Freezer or insulated containers for food. In the photo above, you can see 2  Fridge/Freezer that can mantain -20°C until +5°C  (OPTIONAL)
that can working with battery until 10 hours. With Solar Panels (OPTIONAL) the autonomy can be until 15 hours.
One front sliding door, can Contain a Large Box Insulated to keep drinks cool for several hours, without using a fridge, thus avoiding unnecessary energy consumption.

Under the Canopy, we can also mount a Propeller hood extractor  (as optional), which is sometimes required by the Sanitary Laws.

On the bench sides there are various openings for access to it and stow things or small tools

The Canopy is sustained by 4 Telescopic poles, so  the Cart becomes Low and easily transportable on a van (for example a DUCATO or Jumpy or Others) or on a little Car trailer.

Compared to a Ape Car or a Small Street Food Truck, the Street Food Bike "Cycle Chef"  has the great advantage of being a  Zero Impact Vehicle, and it has access in restricted areas  to cars and market stalls. For these reasons this Street food Cart can be considered as the "Troja Horse" for enter where other vehicles can not even enter.

It can also be very useful as a Tender to larger traveling shops. In fact, the  Mechanics Base with pedals  used to move around the Cart, is the tricycle model ATTILA , with motorcycle wheels bearing that can loads up to 350 Kg. Thanks to a strong gear ratio, this Tricycle Street Food can be moved effortlessly pedaling over distances reasonable.

This Carretto Streetfood is' also the ideal solution to provide Events or Banquets Catering Services or to participate in the Exhibition of Food Street, which are increasingly common in every city.

The smartest way to use this  Streetfood Cart on pedal Tricycle, is to load it on a Van or on a trailer car for moving it, and then move it pedaling on the site in which You operate. Its dimensions allow it to be loaded on most type of vans or  trailer car, as we can provide (pictured below).

The tricycle that you see in the picture below is not yet set, and the machinery are Optional.

On this model  you can insert many types of machinery (Hot Dog, Fryers, Blenders, Coffee Machines, Grill Machines, Grilling plates, machines for sugar yarn or Pop Corn, but also machines for Granite, Chocolate and space .... to your ideas). It 'important to take into account the Energy Consumption of machines that fit into the Cart, because usually, electric models, have very high consumption and can not be powered by batteries. The simplest solution is to use  LPG GAS machinery,.

This tricycle is equipped with a Gas LPG plant in cylinders with the Declaration of Conformity.

The battery charger is designed to be connected to a solar panel only with a plug. The battery-powered system is necessary if you decide to use Freezer or other electrical appliances. Depending from the Devices, it need to decide which kind of Battery is needed

• Freezer / Frigor WAECO CFX40 40 lt.  that works both at 220V (when the 220V Plug is available) or with Battery for over 10 hours. The Freezer will be inserted in the Work Top Plan ( 780 € + Iva)

• Trivalent Dometic Refrigerator that can work both at 220V and at 12V as well as LPG GAS with an internal cartridge, easily removable, which guarantees operation for about 4-5 hours. The Frigor has no controlled temperature with thermostat, but manually adjustable. It can reach -20 ° compared to the ambient temperature. For Transport and Shipping, we provide to separate the  front bench by bike and the components are placed on a pallet of 150 cm x 150 cm. x 180 Cm Height Then everything is packed and protected.
